Are there any hidden fees & expenses?
No. The $65/month Premium plan includes property data, 500 skip traces a month, 21+ Nest Leads motivated seller filters, 100+ additional filters, list management, a drag and drop deal pipeline, and more. The only extra you can ever buy is more skip traces, at a flat 10 cents each.

How do you ensure the security of my payment information?

Are there any usage limits?
The Premium plan includes 5,000 property saves per month and 500 skip traces per month. That's more than enough for most investors doing 1-10 deals a year. If you run past 500, extra skip traces you buy are a flat 10 cents each and never expire.
How Can I Cancel My Premium Subscription?
You can cancel your Premium Subscription by accessing your customer portal: Settings (bottom left corner of the platform) → Subscription & Billing → View Subscription → Cancel Premium and then in dialog box Cancel Premium once again.
