Terms of Subscription

If you purchase a Premium Paid Subscription at The Invest Nest, your subscription duration is one calendar month. Your subscription automatically renews month-to-month unless canceled by the Client or The Invest Nest. Upon cancellation of your subscription, you will retain access for the duration of the current subscription period, which is non-refundable. However, the subsequent automatic subscription renewal will be terminated.

Billing and Payments

Billing will occur monthly as outlined during signup, including any upgrades or fee-based services you agree to within the Service or on The Invest Nest’ s website or its affiliates' websites, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time in your Account Settings or by contacting Customer Support in your Inbox or at info@theinvestnest.com.

• Subscription Fees: By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as set forth during the signup process. These fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.

• Payment Method: You authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment method accepted by our third-party payment processor, currently Stripe, for all applicable fees. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information. If your primary payment method is declined, you authorize The Invest Nest to charge any additional payment methods on file to cover the outstanding balance.

• Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. You agree that we may automatically charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method on file.

• Billing Cycle: The billing cycle for your subscription will be monthly, starting on the date that you first subscribe to our services. Subsequent billing cycles will occur on the same day of each month.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any changes to the subscription fees will be effective immediately upon notice to you, which may be provided by email or by posting the changes on our website.

• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only taxes based solely on your income.

• Payment Disputes: If you believe that you have been billed incorrectly, please contact our customer support team within thirty (30) days of the billing date. We will investigate the matter and, if we determine that an error has occurred, we will issue a credit or refund to your account. In the event of refunds, we will process them using the credit card on file.

• Third-Party Payment Processor: We use Stripe as our third-party payment processor. By using our services, you agree to be bound by Stripe's terms of service, available at https://stripe.com/legal.

• Cancellation and Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to our services for the remainder of the current billing cycle, but your subscription will not renew for the following month.

• Refunds: Except as otherwise provided herein, all fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the current billing cycle.

• Promotions and Discounts: From time to time, The Invest Nest may extend promotional opportunities to eligible Clients. Please note that not all Clients may qualify for every promotional offer.

• Updates to Payment Terms: We may update these payment terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of the updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may cancel your Subscription in your Account Settings or by contacting our Customer Support in your Inbox or via info@theinvestnest.com.

Survival of Terms

All the Terms of Use sections outlined herein shall survive any termination of this agreement and/or the Client's subscription.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Invest Nest, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your use or inability to use the Service;

• any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

• any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;

• any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party;

• any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service;

• the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
